What is Doris?

Doris is a private AI memoir platform. It turns the everyday moments captured by the apps and devices you already use into a written, chapter by chapter story of your life, without manual journaling.

How does Doris create my memoir?

Doris securely connects to the sources you approve, identifies the moments that matter, and a narrative engine writes them into chapters along your personal timeline. You can read, edit, and add your own reflections at any time.

Do I have to write anything myself?

No. Doris builds your story automatically from the sources you connect. Writing is always optional. If you want to add your own words or correct a detail you can, but nothing is ever required.

Is Doris private?

Yes. Your memoir is yours alone. Your data is encrypted, never sold, and never used to train public AI models. You decide what Doris can access, and you can disconnect any source or delete your data at any time.

What can Doris connect to?

Photos, messages, music, calendars, health and wearables, location, and notes, with more sources added over time. You choose exactly which sources to enable, and you can change your mind whenever you like.

How does Doris use my location and health data?

Location helps anchor a memory to a place, and health signals like steps and heart rate help mark moments of effort or activity. These details add texture to your chapters, they stay private to you, and they are never shared.

Can I edit or delete what Doris writes?

Always. Every chapter is yours to refine, rewrite, or remove. You can correct facts, change wording, add your own reflections, or delete anything you would rather not keep.

Who can see my memoir?

Only you, unless you choose to share. Doris is private by default. There is no public feed and no social network. What you share, and with whom, is entirely your decision.

Can I export or print my memoir?

Yes. Your story belongs to you. You can export your chapters and keep, print, or pass them down however you wish. You are never locked in.

What devices does Doris support?

Doris is launching first on Android. Support for more platforms is planned. Join early access to be notified as availability expands.

How much does Doris cost?

Doris is in early access while we onboard members gradually. Pricing will be shared with early members first. Taking the short survey helps us shape plans that fit how people actually want to use Doris.
